HR Account Manager | Baltimore Office (posted March 29.2012)

Position Overview:

Provides dedicated HR and benefits compliance management to HRP’s large self-funded accounts ($20k in revenues)
Provided dedicated HR and compliance account management to HRP’s contractual/retainer accounts
Provides outsourced HR lifecycle services
Retains and services WFTX core business by cultivating client relationships, identifying cross-selling opportunities, and containing client's exposure to HR and benefits risk
Responds to internal and external HR service needs within service agreement levels and timeframes

Experience:

At least three years in self-funding account management role
At least three years in HR compliance role
Bachelor’s degree (BBA with HR concentration preferred)
PHR preferred
At least three years in fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment
