Our consulting services are vendor agnostic and based on a defined three-level, engagement process that offers the employee/employer web-based access to a full menu of HRIS systems, payroll tools and historical wage data, benefits information & enrollment abilities, real-time account service, and specific employer-developed HR policies and training modules.

The three consulting models that we deploy are:

Professional Employer Organization (PEO)

A PEO acts as an employer’s back-office managing the full range of human resource, payroll, insurance, benefits, and government compliance needs. As a co-employer, contractually obligated to comply with a variety of state and federal regulations on behalf of the client employer, a PEO also assumes liability for many of the HR obligations inherent in the client’s business environment. A PEO pays employee wages and employment taxes, reports and deposits employment taxes with state and federal authorities, and, by contract, maintains certain rights of direction and control of employees at the client site.

Primarily geared for small and mid-sized companies with minimal HR infrastructure or knowledge of statutory requirements, our consultative services are ideal for rapidly growing and reduction-in-workforce employers who seek the advantages and efficiencies of outsourcing non-core activities. PEO services include everything from hands-on, co-employment based management of HR issues to the assumption of liabilities, supply of insurance, and payroll and tax processing.

(HR / Payroll) Administrative Services Organization

Similar to PEO’s, an ASO provides support and ongoing management of HR administrative activity, however it does not establish a “co-employment” relationship with the client’s employees, and provides complete flexibility in selecting which services best fit your needs (i.e. payroll administration, tax filing, benefits administration, workers compensation management, and/ or HR consulting).

Suitable markets for the ASO include mid-sized employers with some internal support staff, who would like consultative support, the benefit of an online portal, and the streamlined structure of an HRIS backbone. ASO clients have menu-based HR service options/levels, insurance procurement, tax filing and payroll processing.

Business Services Provider (BSP/HRIS)

A BSP/HRIS is a turnkey system that provides software and support that streamlines the payroll, accounting, human resource, and benefits functions. WorkforceTactix provides objective guidance on any variety of HR process improvement related issues on an a-la-carte basis and utilizing a defined engagement process.
